Quentin Tarantino’s Next Film Gets Working Title

The next film by acclaimed director Quentin Tarantino now has an official working title; The Hateful Eight, Deadline reports.

Although there haven’t been many details revealed about Tarantino’s upcoming project, he did say on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” last year that this film will be a western, just like his last film Django Unchained. However, The Hateful Eight will not be a Django sequel.

Apparently Tarantino has finished a draft of the screenplay for the film, and it is rumored that there is a part for his multi-movie collaborator Christoph Waltz.  Waltz won Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor in Tarantino’s last two films, Inglorious Basterds and in Django Unchained.  Another name being floated around about a possible role is Nebraska star Bruce Dern.

Tarantino hopes to start filming the movie this Summer.

I, for one, am beyond excited for Tarantino’s next film. He is one of my favorite directors, and he has proven that he can do no wrong (at least in my eyes).

What do you think? Who else is excited for The Hateful Eight?
