First Look at Evan Peters as Quicksilver in New ‘X-Men’ Photos

A pair of new photos has been released from Entertainment Weekly of Marvel’s upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past, showing us shots of some of the main characters in action.

One of them features our first look at Evan Peters as Quicksilver.  Although the photo doesn’t reveal much, and Peters is in the background, it still gives us an idea of what to expect from his costume, which doesn’t seem all that fantastic. Another note is that the environment of the photo may be set in slow-motion, as you can see rain or snow slowed down in mid-air, which makes sense in context. (Either way, I’m still looking forward to Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s portrayal of Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron more).

The second photo shows Beast (Nicholas Hoult) fighting with Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), with Beast appearing to either be hanging from the ceiling, or about to land headfirst (I’m going to guess the former). Again, the photo doesn’t say a lot, but it looks like a cool action sequence, and I’m looking forward to seeing the two face off in the 70’s.
